Return and Refund Policy

           Some items can't be returned, like foods that can spoil quickly and health supplements. We only exchange items if they have a problem from the company.


           After you buy something, we'll contact you to confirm the order. If you change your mind, you can cancel then. But once you've bought something, you can't return it or get a refund. Don't send it back to the maker.


            If your product is damaged or missing, it's best to show us a video of you opening the package and showing the problem. We won't consider complaints about damage or missing items unless you show us a video when you open the package.


            If you're not sure about the product's authenticity, don't open it. We won't take it back or replace it once it's been opened.

Points to remember:

  1. iMuscles isn't responsible if your products are delivered late.
  2. Don't accept any packages that look like they've been opened or damaged during delivery.
  3. Make sure to record a video when you open the package to show if anything's wrong (there are specific guidelines for this).
  4. Don't open the product if you're not sure about it.
  5. Once you open the product, we won't accept any returns or replacements.

Guidelines for making the video:

  1. You have to show the product from all angles while you're opening it to prove it hasn't been tampered with.
  2. If the iMuscles tape is tampered with, we won't accept your claim.
  3. If you don't follow the video guidelines, we'll reject your claim.
  4. The final decision about your claim will be made by the iMuscles team.

Any claims about damaged or missing products will be dealt with by our team within 10-15 working days
